Easy and Simple Crepe

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 – 1/3 cups milk or milk substitute
  • ¾ cup all-purpose white flour
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)


  1. Mix eggs and milk and combine with flour, cover and let the mixture sit for 1 hour
  2. Pour batter into the bowl and add butter
  3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat and coat with a cooking spray
  4. Pour batter into the pan, move the pan when necessary to make the crepes even until they turn golden brown
  5. Combine crepe with sidings of your choice
