DUTCH OVEN SALMON FILLETS

PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES|COOK TIME: 20 MINUTES| SERVINGS: 3-4

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 salmon fillets or 1 pound of salmon pieces
  • 3 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • 16 Crushed crackers

DIRECTIONS

  1. Start by coating the Dutch oven with non-stick cooking spray
  2. Place the salmon fillet with the skin down into your prepared Dutch oven
  3. Spread the mustard evenly over the fish then sprinkle with the crushed cracker crumbs.
  4. Add a little bit of dill weed or lemon pepper
  5. Bake at a temperature of about 400°F for about 15 to 20 minutes
